Shipping Policy
We're thrilled to offer you free shipping with every portrait purchase! Please keep in mind that shipping costs are subject to change, but we'll always do our best to keep them as low as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
My returns and refunds policy is on a case by case basis. If the portrait is damaged during shipment, I will issue a refund and redo the work upon request with photographic evidence and will require any physical paintings to be returned for inspection. However, please note that refunds will not be honored after the start of the commission time. I offer unlimited revisions and will adjust accordingly to any requirements in each piece commissioned until you are 100% satisfied.
